❧ The process you will learn is inspired by The Work of Byron Katie.
❧ You will be guided to identify the stressful thoughts that hold you back from experiencing peace and happiness. Asking yourself 4 simple questions about those thoughts can change your whole perspective.
❧ Next time you get triggered by your child or your partner you will know how to find the cause of your painful feelings and how to dissolve them.
I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed, anxious, angry and defensive, sometimes all in one day! My skills and understanding have been forged in the intensity and drama of family life.
Having the full-time care of two strong-willed boys, a passionate and challenging marriage and high expectations of myself provided the catalyst for a personal transformation.
I learned how to use "The Work" of Byron Katie. It's a simple and profound process for questioning stressful thoughts. I used her process of self-inquiry for many years to find new perspectives on the issues that brought conflict into my relationships.
The positive changes in my relationships have been dramatic! And best of all, its all happened without me trying to change my children or my husband. There has been no struggle and no nagging. The changes have been in my own thinking.
I have had the privilege of teaching self-inquiry to many friends and clients and guiding them through the process. I have witnessed the wonderful shifts and transformations that the process can bring to all who are willing to try it. I have also written about my own experience of using self-inquiry in my book "Joyful Parenting: The Five Skills to take your family from Conflict to Connection."
I'm convinced that self-inquiry is a tool that can help anyone who genuinely wants to have more harmony in their relationships. I'm passionate about sharing this skill with as many people as I can. I know it can change lives and transform families in wonderful ways.

Freya’s support and guidance has inspired me in many ways. She has helped me to open up to a world I didn’t know existed, and shown me how to bring Peace, Joy and Freedom into my life. Her words always point directly to what I am wanting to hear. Such a wise soul. — Leisa
Freya has intuitively known how to guide me to reconnect with my own personal experience of pure love and joy. No matter what’s been happening in my life or what inner turbulence I’ve been experiencing, she has without fail, led my awareness back to my heart space. — Jodie
Freya has only ever seen the true me, not the drama, stress, anger, fear and situations. She has always been able to speak to me, directly past all that other stuff to show me how to wade through it and find what the True me wants and needs. From doing this with her I have come to place where I am stronger, well, following my joys, my relationships have improved with my children and husband. I am no longer a slave to my built up walls of protection from the ‘world’, I no longer go to bed with a anxiety and constant worry. I am free to be me, because I have had all I needed within me all along… Freya has helped me see that. — Keely
